Shipping Instructions for Flower Preservation

If you’re getting married, we recommend asking a trusted person like a bridesmaid or family member to look after your bouquet on the big day so your flowers don’t get lost or ruined. If you’re doing a flower toss at your reception, consider using a bridesmaids bouquet!

Instructions:
1. Keep your flowers in water and a cool space until they’re ready to be shipped. Please ship your flowers within 2 days of the event, and use 2-3 day shipping. We like to receive them within 5-7 days so they’re as fresh as possible.


2. Wrap the bottom of the stems in a wet paper towel, then cover with plastic wrap or a sandwich bag. Use a rubber band or tape to secure it all.

3. Place your flowers in the appropriate sized box and secure them gently with paper or bubble wrap. Make sure not to wrap them too tightly or moisture and mold could damage the flowers.

4. Please get your flowers to us within one week. We will send you an update when we receive them and the pressing process begin. Be sure to leave a note with your order number and the bride/recipient’s name so we can identify the flowers.

Local drop off is located at Best Bud Floral, and is available Thursday through Sunday, 11am-3pm. Please label your flowers!

Order Shipping

If you have purchased a ready to ship item, you will receive your item within 5-7 business days.

For custom orders you will receive an email once your package has been shipped and can expect it in 5-7 business days from that date.

International Shipping

At this time we do not have an automated international shipping option; contact us for pricing, as shipping cost will be dependent on location.


Returns

We will happily repair or replace any product that is defective or damaged during shipping.

We accept returns on all new condition products within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer exchanges.

Return shipping is customer’s responsibility. Returns will be processed within 14 days of reception.
